After Meow Wolf, what else to do in Santa Fe Dec 3-5th?

Finally going out to see Meow Wolf in Santa Fe on the first Saturday this coming December. What else might we go see/do that is creative and off the beaten path?

Would like to see more art, but like Meow Wolf (at least before it got real popular,) more bohemian, edgy, under the radar, folksy. I've already done tourist Sante Fe and I'd like to stay away from other tourists as much as possible (I know... Meow Wolf.) Special points for any events, markets, etc. where my shopping dollars go directly to the producers, creatives themselves as much as possible.

Not really off the beaten path, but not high on the typical tourist radar, the Wheelwright Museum has some good permanent and current exhibits.

The Museum of International Folk Art is definitely not off the tourism trail but IS pretty great, it includes a giant room filled with different displays and scenes set up from all over the world that we loved exploring and it's not QUITE as overrun as the rest of the city.

Have you already been to the Museum of Contemporary Native Art at the Institute of American Indian Art? Excellent exhibits and lots of amazing artists represented in their gift shop.

I just met some very nice people from Radius Books based in Santa Fe. They said you can call them and they’ll show you round. I bet it would be fascinating. They work with some amazing artists and the books are beautiful objects in themselves.

I don't remember which one, but I toured an alpaca farm in Santa Fe on a visit and bought a few things from their store while I was there. It might've been Que Sera Alpacas but there are a few of them in that area.

Santa Fe Brewing Company Headquarters is hosting “Art Walk” which features local artists and craftspeople on December 4th.
