How do you clean the seat of a metal folding chair?

Bought this folding chair a few weeks ago. While the product description reads "easy to clean", there are no official directions on how to do so.
All I can find are questionable pages that generally suggest to mix dishwashing liquid with a bucket of warm water and leave outside. I don't have a clean bucket and temperatures have lowered as of late.
What do you do with yours? In particular, the seat.

If water availability is an issue, I'd have at it with some paper towels and a cleaner of your choice - Windex/409/ disinfectant... spray it on, wipe it dry. That chair is fairly indestructible.

Just spray it with some Windex or whatever spray cleaner you have and wipe with a wet cloth or sponge or paper towels.

I would use some Dawn spray and some wet paper towels or a wet dish cloth.

What is it that you're hoping to clean off? Different "dirt", e.g. dust vs paint, would mean different cleaning solutions.

I would just take it into a dry bathtub. Use wet paper towels with a little hand or dish soap to clean the vinyl cushions, then spray the legs with water. Try not to soak the upholstery parts with the shower so water doesn't seep under the vinyl.

Some Clorox Wipes would both remove dirt and sanitize without involving a lot of water.

You could also take it into a shower and clean it there. I've done that to clean my bike in the winter.
