Phone sleeve that also holds index cards?

I would like to buy or make a leather phone sleeve that I can slide my iPhone 10 into, and also carry several index cards.
Has anyone seen one anywhere, or do I need to make this from scratch?
I don't think this exists, but there are a lot of people making phone sleeves on Etsy, and many of those people will happily work with you on something with custom dimensions/pockets.

I would look for a traveler's notebook in the dimensions you want with space for an iphone.

Perhaps this could be an inflection point to pivot to our eternally dawning paperless future?

Response by poster: Good point, fairmettle, but...I am weak.
The reason that I use paper cards for my daily To Do List is that they are the very essence of free-form input -- and also I am so easily captured by my phone that if I open it up to make a To Do entry, I will be distracted for fifteen to twenty minutes guaranteed.
