Restaurant recommendation in Nashville for a gift certificate?

Can you recommend a good restaurant in Nashville that would sell me a gift certificate over the phone and mail it to the recipient?
I would like to send it as a wedding gift to some newlywed friends, but I know exactly nothing about Nashville, much less who would mail a gc. They live in Donelson, just north of the airport, if they helps. Thank you!

How fancy do you want to get?
There's House of Cards, fine dining and illusion. I know someone on staff there. It would make for a fancy night out, but if that's the type of people you and them are, then this is a good place.

The Catbird Seat is one of my all time favorite meals ever. Very special experience.

For something a little more casual, but still great food and nice ambience, there’s TwoTenJack
I bought a gift card remotely from them a few years ago, and had it mailed to the receivers.

Seconding Rolf and Daughters. I gave my brother and sister-in-law a gift certificate that I bought over the phone and mailed to them. They said it was awesome, but it wasn't super formal, which I love but isn't everyone's jam.
