Google voice "do not disturb" not working

I have google voice which I almost always have on "do not disturb". This had worked fine, until recently when it has stopped working. How can I fix it?

Possibly related: the "do not disturb" feature stopped working after I recently deleted and re-installed the app multiple times (I use it for work and I've been deleting from my phone on weekends/evenings so I won't check it).

I have an android phone if it matters.

Does the website reflect the same setting as the app?

Response by poster: Yes, it's also set to "do not disturb" on the computer.
