Replacing a Men's Dress Shirt

I'm trying to find a good replacement for this men's dress shirt that is getting worn out. Photos and description inside.

It's an Alexander McQueen sheer striped dark/navy blue men's dress shirt semi-translucent 100% cotton.

The same shirt would be ideal, but something very similar will work too!

That's a tricky one to replicate! You could always keep an eye on Grailed, Poshmark, and Depop for true replacements when they come up, or set an eBay sales alert. On the more affordable end, Asos does a lot of work with sheer and mesh, though those may be more transparent than you're looking for?
