How can I unblock my new facebook account?

So, I deleted my facebook account a long time ago (3-4 years). However, I needed to create a new one due to some business I need to do and so people can reach me. I'm making a big move to another country, and I want to have something through which people can reach me. I don't intend to use the account for much else, I'm generally not a fan of social media and I don't have much interest in looking at what people do there.

I don't know why I've been blocked, it just says I didn't follow community standards and that I should request a review. I tried doing that, but I can't do it either. When I attempted to fill out the form for that, it just says that the information cannot be submitted and that I should log into my account for further instructions.

That's a little difficult to do because when I log in, I'm just blocked. I don't suppose anyone has a solution for this? I'm out of ideas on how to fix it.

I can get it done without the account, but I'd rather have it because there are some things that I will have an easier time looking for in there rather than elsewhere.

Set up a new email address and use it to rejoin FB?

Response by poster: I did that, it's still blocked.

If this fails with a new email address, it's likely that whatever browser you're using has Facebook tracking cookies that it's using to determine *something* when you sign up. Try either using a different browser or incognito mode for Facebook when signing up?

I have no new information to add but this exact scenario is happening to me, and I have no idea why. I tried to reactivate a dormant account, submitted a photo for the review process, and I was still denied.

Response by poster: I'll try with no cookies, thanks. Maybe facebook is bugged or something.

I had the same trouble you did and finally solved it by using my work computer and logging out of google and UNSYNCHING.
