Travel podcasts

What would/do you like in a travel podcast? What are some of your favorites, and why? If you could describe your ideal one, what would it be like?
My ideal travel podcast would feature the guy form Heldencrow (disclosure - he's a friend of mine) recounting his far-flung adventures.
I think a decent travel podcast would have to feature someone who was actually on the road - someone with witty and cutting insights into the places they visit, with some ambient street noise mixed in along the way for effect.

"what most people don't know about X (location) is y (interesting/amazing fact)" stories.
throw in some trivia/history all while you are doing something fun and making sure to take us along!

I second freudianslipper thoughts. Also, it seems like the most memorable things from my travels have always been the interesting people I've met along the way. On that note, I think it could be cool to to hear interesting stories from locals. Maybe get their point of view and stories a little more than is possible from a guidebook or site.

Similar to Staggering Jack's suggestion, U Live Where interviews residents by phone. It's not too bad, but I'd like to hear some authentic background noise.
Similar to nyterrant's suggestion, the Soundwalk audiobook series takes listeners on an audio tour. I haven't listened to any, so I don't know if they're any good or not.

Check out this post I did, you might find it interesting. These are mainly free audiotours, but there are also some of my favorite audio podcast links at the bottom.
