Eating disorder specialist recommendations

I’ve struggled with various forms of ED for the past 15 years. Covid has worsened a lot of the symptoms and my normal coping strategies are no longer sufficient. If anyone has a reco for a specialist in ED, CBT emphasis who is straightforward and is able to call me out on my bullshit if needed. Someone who identifies as a woman is preferable. Nothing inpatient/outpatient. Your help is appreciated.

Could you ask a mod to update with your location? Even if you're looking for someone who can see you remotely, they probably need to be in the same country. If you're in the US and want your insurance to pay, they may also need to be in the same state.

Yeah state licensing guidelines require a therapist to be in the same state as you, if you're in the US. Good on you for seeking support.
