Seeking recommendations for meal delivery in Adelaide

I want to find out about meal delivery options in Adelaide, South Australia. Not looking for services that provide ingredients and recipe cards, but rather services that can deliver a week's worth of heat-and-eat meals. (or similar). More details inside

Also not looking for restaurants that deliver. (unless they can provide home-style rather than restaurant-style food. This is for daily diet.)

They also need to be able to cater for some common special dietary requirements.

I can find some results from a Web search but looking for personal recommendations here.

Although I’ve never used Dinner Ladies, I have friends who have and highly recommend it.

Go to the Central Market in Adelaide and check out the various food stalls - when I went in October more than half offered catering and delivery. When I stopped to have paella, in the time that I ate, the owner organised half a dozen functions as well as arranging some meals for someone returning from hospital.

Hey there, I’m in Adelaide too! All the big national ones deliver to your door here in packaging that will survive an Adelaide summer day and be OK for you to unpack after work, including Soulara and My Muscle Chef, both of which I liked a lot.
My Muscle Chef had the best delivery options IMO. Garden of Vegan are based in Adelaide and I’ve heard good things about them, but haven’t tried myself.
Macros deliver to Adelaide but I didn’t like them and would not recommend.
There are also quite a few restaurants and cafes here that have ready meals for pick up. I see that’s not your question tho - MeMail me if you like, happy to share my go-tos!

we use nourishd. I wouldn't rave about the meals, but they're absolutely 100% fine - main issue is the variety isn't fantastic. apparently they used to be strictly paleo but aren't now (though they're still largely carb-light). they're also a registered NDIS provider in case that makes a difference.

I am assuming this is for you and not a parent, but if it’s for someone older then Meals on Wheels in Adelaide is really good!
