What can you tell me about this marble bust?

I'm curious about this marble bust.

Any guesses as to whether this represents a particular person? And what is the significance of the figures on the base? Thanks!

Any images of the bottom?

Reminds me a bit of Parian ware, which is a porcelain imitating marble. Hard to tell if it's stone or not.

The bottom might have a mark, yes, that would be helpful.

Where is the image from? Is it something you saw in person, or just a random internet thing?

Response by poster: I haven't seen it, these are pictures from an auction. None of the bottom.

It looks to me like it might be based after 15th century sculptor Francesco Laurana in a copy of a copy of a copy kind of way. He did several busts of women in a similar style clothing and figures around the base. The right side figure looks like it could be a less detailed version of the one on this one: pic 1, pic 2.
