Need easy way to have people vote on images that are not mine

So we need a poster made and the designer asked us to show him three posters that are in the spirit of what we want. Well I - and other team members - pulled down 20 or so from the internet and now I need put them all in one place and have people vote for three they like the most. What's the easiest way to do this?

This would be very straightforward with Google Forms, or you could use a non-Google alternative that does the same thing.

why miss the opportunity to do it sportsball style, matching 2 at a time against each other during a meeting, for fun. There's a name for this, but my brain is empty. Marketing Poster Deathmatch during January doldrums.

Make a spreadsheet with thumbnails, give editing access to all, each voter adds a +1 to each of 3 posters they like.
