Online invoicing software for small business, compatible w/ direct depos

I am looking for affordable invoicing software with (1) multiple payment options, including direct deposit and (2) automatic reminders for late payments (that don't go off if there is a direct deposit)

I accept payment via direct deposit and paypal. Services I've seen work great with paypal, but I don't seem to have the right keywords for the other.

One of the small businesses I used to work for used the invoicing feature of Harvest for this - accepted credit card and ACH payments via Stripe. It also does have auto-reminders. I know if it has paypal.

I suspect that "ACH" is the keyword you're looking for as "direct deposit" - that's the (antiquated, terrible) US system for direct bank account to bank account transfers. Typically "direct deposit" is a phrase only used specifically for payment of wages to employees.

I use bill.com for this, they support both ACH (direct) deposits and PayPal, as well as auto-reminders for late invoices. (You may want to try the keyword "ACH payment" rather than "direct deposit".)

I use Freshbooks for this. You can accept ACH bank transfer, credit cards, Apple Pay, Stripe, and Paypal through them. They also do auto-reminders and a whole host of other features. I've been a happy customer of theirs for many years.
