ISO Stylish / Function Coffee Travel Mug

I am looking for a coffee travel mug. Details inside

I am looking for a new travel mug. I have a 10 minute commute and want to stop buying coffee at Starbucks and start making it at home. Here is what I am looking for

1) I realize that it is subjective, but something that is stylish and aesthetically pleasing. I don't want a mug with a big Dunkin Donuts logo on it. I want something sleek that was made with an eye towards design and style.
2) Keep drink warm for 10-20 minutes.
3) Fits in cup holders. Not a deal breaker
4) Prefer glass or ceramic. Again, not a deal breaker
5) Easy to sip and not spill

I am hoping to find something that is functional and cool to look at

Thank you in advance

Would the Contigo mug fit your aesthetic? It isn't ceramic/glass, but satisfies the other requirements. Before COVID, I traveled a lot, and I could count on this mug to stay leakproof after being tipped over in bags, sloshed around in cupholders, and once even rolling down the aisle of an airplane. You press a button to release the seal to take a sip, which also saved me from spilling when I was jolted just before taking a drink. And my coffee would stay hot for hours.

Take a look at Zojirushi's vacuum-insulated line.
I have this one, and it keeps things hot for 12–15 hours. It's also leak-free and easy to clean.
If you find a model there that you like, you can search for its model name / number at any of these places.

Style being subjective (I think they're great), how about a glass Keep Cup, which fits all your other requirements (including fitting in a cup holder!). I have one, it's great.

The Zojirushis are great, but I've found they keep my coffee too hot, and I need to leave it sit for hours just to cool enough to drink without burning myself.

If you want something that cools a bit more quickly than the Zojirushi, which I also have, then a Yeti tumbler with their plastic lid might work.

I am a huge fan of Joeveo mugs, which leech heat from the coffee to bring it down to drinking temperature quickly, and then stabilize it at that temperature.

My Zojirushi is great at stability, but as noted, I have to let the coffee cool before putting it in. This is especially bad when you’re doing a pourover or using a SCAA-certified brewer where it’s starting at 195-200°F, even worse if you’re drinking it black.

I also like my Ember mug a lot, but can’t specifically vouch for the travel version.

Zojirushi do a mug which has a wider mouth than the more popular flasks. It's easier to fill/clean and also not quite as insulating due to said wider mouth so cools down quicker.

I really like my kleen kanteen insulated tumbler - mine came with a sippy lid though, not the straw lid. I was specifically looking for: all stainless & seamless inside, no handle (for the car cup holder), and no valve mechanism in the lid. It's been pretty much perfect so far; my goal was to replace a daily to-go coffee cup from Peets with a reusable cup - in this respect it's been perfect. YMMV.

I tried museum shops, with poor results. I Am Not A Paper Cup is simple and elegant. RBG on Society 6; they have other choices. I like these floral ones. Granite-look from ello. Ministry of Supply. Redbubble and the other Print-On-Demand shops have a wide variety; the design may wear off over a couple of years. Uncommon Goods has a selection. This is sleek. Nice and simple. William Morris is always a fine choice.

Seconding the Yeti tumbler. I received a 20oz rambler as an xmas gift a couple of years ago and I am astonished by how much I love it. Easy to clean - you can put all of it in the dishwasher, lid included - good seal, good heat/cold maintenance, great size. I have even used it a ton while working from home all year, for everything from simple hot coffee and tea to making myself immediate iced teas by putting the tumbler in the freezer ahead of pouring hot tea and ice cubes into it. I didn't even want a coffee mug/cup and have a certain aversion to them because I've received a lot of gifted branded bottles and cups as corporate gifts due to my line of work - this was among them - but I use this thing constantly for hot and cold beverages. Alas, it is the only cup that I kept when I moved in with my SO this year and donated probably 10-15 cups, travel mugs and water bottles.

i'm another big fan of the glass Keep cups (i have 3), but one reason I love them is that they don't keep coffee super hot--at least not the glass model.

they aren't super sealed coffee mugs of the apocalypse--you can't throw them in your bag--they are more of a perfect sippy cup that you can have on your desk and not worry about a huge spill.

One fact about the much-loved yeti cup - it's pretty wide, so for me (relatively large female hands) I find it slightly to large to carry if I'm something anything in my other hand. Like it's hard to hold that mug and keys, because my hand just barely fits around it.

But related to its large size, its the best insulation of any cup I've used.

I like the Contigo cups with AutoSeal... You can't spill those. Spring-loaded drinking hole... Must hold button to sip.

I ended up buying this corksicle 16oz tumbler - I looked at the 20oz yeti tumbler first but it seemed a little large for what I needed and the corksickle looks nicer
