Which Esther Perel podcast is being quoted here?

In this excellent update on Ask a Manager the LW quotes Esther Perel's podcast How's Work?: 'She stated that often times this type behavior is the result of a person feeling unloved or unlovable, and thus they decide to behave in such a way to make themselves feel needed. “If I can’t be loved, I can be needed.”' Which episode is this?

And if anyone is generous with similar materials on this topic, I'd be grateful.

I think it's this episode. Beginning of second page of the transcript Esther Perel says, "But then you never know if you will succeed. I do. Yeah. So many things are swirling through my head as I listened to her, including the emphasis about being needed. And it is the experience that often people have when they don't feel lovable. I won't be loved, but I will be needed instead. And that will give me a sense of relevance."
