Easy to use photo and video hosting site(s)

I want your recommendations for an easy to use site(s) to host photos and videos online for private viewing.

My mum is a technophobe and struggles with anything digital but she loves taking photos and videos. I back them up to my computer every time I see her and now have a vast archive. I would like to upload them all to a site / sites where it will be easy for her to view them. i.e. I send her a link and she can click through and browse her old videos and photos. It would be nice if there's a very user friendly and intuitive way to sort into categories or folders.

Ideally a free option but I'm willing to pay a fee if it offers an easier user experience for her. For reasons I don't want to use Insta or Facebook but would prefer a dedicated photo / video site.

Flickr might work for you. I think the free version has a data limit but the paid version does not. Or at least, it didn't used to. You can put photos into as many different groups as you want. You can keep everything private or share things with only people you specify (as long as they have a Flickr account) or you can make things public. You can have some pics private and some shared. I don't know for sure if Flickr supports video but I believe it does.

Google photo is absolutely the easiest solution - works great on mobile too
