App/setting for iPhone or iPad that will announce the time at intervals?

I've found it helpful for my productivity to have my MacBook Air announce the time every 15 minutes through the day. I would like an option to do this with my iPhone XR or iPad Air 3. Is there any app or setting (maybe in accessibility?) where I could select the time interval and have it announce the time out loud?

There is an app I found by searching: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/talking-clock-for-iphone/id550412157. Maybe that does it?

This one chimes rather than speaks it seems: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/chime-time-check-your-way/id1369098015

Best answer: I'm using Chime on my phone and my current settings are:

chime "on the hour" (other options: every half hour, every quarter hour, just before the hour)
from "8am"
til "6pm"
using "roman numotones" (I have no idea what this is, my phone is on silent and it buzzes, but other options are a male voice, female voice, simple beep, musical chords, and retro beeps)

I have this enabled on my Apple Watch settings with Clock -> Chimes.
