Short video or exercise re staying well and healthy during these times

I have a staff meeting that happens monthly, and we will be meeting tomorrow morning. We have been doing an anti-racism exercise every month, as part of my agency’s work to address institutional racism. We’ve had some good, and hard, and uncomfortable conversations as part of these meetings. Tomorrow, we feel like we should take an approach focused on care and kindness as much as possible-how do we support each other during these hard times while still doing the work of equity? We are in the US, Pacific NW, and although things aren’t as fraught re the election here as they are in many parts of the world, it’s still a tense and stressful time. Government agency so nothing can be overtly political. Any one have a good short video that would lend itself well to some discussion and leave folks hopefully feeling inspired and hopeful? Thanks!

No specific recs but we had a speaker come in ("in"--virtually) and lead a session on mental health first aid. It was great! Ours was an hour long live sesh but I'm sure you can find a mental health first aid video out in the wild that would be good.
