Where are you located? This makes a huge difference in what you will be able to buy; in the US most companies don't ship outside of a ~500 mile radius as beyond that the shipping costs destroy their pricing edge. I mean, they can ship farther but past that line you can get something else for less money and you'd probably need to convince them you're serious -- they'll expect you to drop out once you hear the price and thus won't really pursue your business unless you can signal you know you're paying more.

I'm on the other side of the country so I haven't personally worked with them, but I have heard their name batted around a bit (I'm mainly familiar with large commercial/industrial modular systems, not single-family homes) but you could start with Vermod as they sell in the northeast, both by themselves and via builder/dealers like Seacoast.

Would Backcountry Hut fit the bill?
