Wanted: Personalities With Attitude To Produce an Online TED-Like Event

I've produced many TEDx events in the past and would like to produce an on-line variation that is fun and does not have TED pretentiousness. It will be to honor a visionary architect on his 125th birthday.
I know of sites like Idealist and have used it for past events. This time I would like a team made up of personalities with a hacker/DIY attitudes rather then those doing the event to ride the TED-wave for resume purposes. BIL Conference is an example
.
Since the event will be online, I am looking for people who have experience with webinars on Zoom-like platforms, graphic and web designers, adepts at social media, and others who would like to contribute their skills and have a good time doing it.
Are there any networks or resources (not limited to the United States) that I can tap into

Hmm...I'm pretty sure I know what architect you're talking about. Could you organize this on geodesic principles? Like, in triangles, with each participant as a vertex, recruiting or interviewing 2 more. If they recruit one from inside the group and a new one from outside, the overall structure should naturally form a sphere. (Ie one vertex reaches out, as one ties back to the group). It also reduces the amount of work for each participant, yourself included.

Response by poster: Warriorqueen, we'll starting from zero. After speakers are paid a stipend, the rest of us will profit share.

Response by poster: Sexyrobot, what you've said in your post is exactly what I am talking about. I have seen this as being developed as a geodesic structure emphasizing equal distribution of weight. Ok to contact you through MeFi mail?

I can suggest a small shop of digital event producers who've been doing a great job but I'm not sure whether they fit a "hacker" vibe. They aren't hackers, just a few people who know the tech, can run digital/social and are super entertaining. I'm not aware of a directory to find others like them. Send a message if you'd like their info.

I think in that case, depending on the revenue you expect, I would look at colleges for event and media producer/management programs or art schools with social and digital media extensions to their programs (the latter because you will get people engaged with the architecture branch of things.) I was thinking of suggesting media production associations, but I think they generally have a different approach to compensation. Good luck!
