Trouble connecting Pixel from Facebook Business Page to Squarespace Site

I have created a Squarespace website for my business and a Facebook business page. I’m trying to connect Pixel, but the tutorial I’m watching isn’t matching up with what I’m seeing on Facebook.

In the video I’m watching, they say to navigate to my Facebook Ads Manager Dashboard. I don’t know where this located. Is it because I’m using the redesigned Facebook layout? The closest things I see is “Visit Ads Center”, which doesn’t seem to take me to where I need to go, and by clicking the down triangle on the very top right, on the blue Facebook bar (to the left of which are the Friend Requests, Messages, Notifications, Quick Help). When I click on that downward triangle, I see Manage Pages, but another article I’m looking at has a lot more options on that drop-down menu, including where I need to click to, Manage Adverts. I don’t have that option.

The bottom line, I want to connect my Squarespace website to my Facebook business page via Pixel, but I’m stuck. Does anyone have any solutions?

can you explain, what is Pixel? I've connected my Sqsp site to Facebook no problem, but don't understand the Pixel you are referring to (the phone?) So I cannot help in that regard. In any case, have you checked SqSp help? Its usually pretty good, and there are SqSp help forums, including many groups on FB that might be able to help.

Does this article help you? TLDR: if you want to integrate Facebook Pixel with Squarespace, you do so via your Squarespace account. All you need from Facebook is that Pixel is working and the Pixel ID.
