Fitness/health/wellness tracking wearables for women

My partner wears a health-tracking Bellabeat 'Leaf' necklace (link within). She relies on it to track her daily routine (steps, her sleep patterns etc.), and also - crucially - her menstrual cycle. It's a few years old now. Are there any exciting alternatives? Simple, aesthetically pleasing wellness 'wearables' gift advice wanted.

Here is the Bellabeat Leaf. It seems to work well for her. I wanted to maybe get her a gift that updates on this, but it might be more interesting to buy her something that does extra stuff. She likes this wearable because it is relatively discreet and simple. All related gift ideas welcome.

What else is out there?

If she hasn’t asked for a new tracker, I wouldn’t suggest giving her a replacement. The app she uses has all her data - she’s be starting from scratch with a new device unless you stick with Bellabeat (they do offer other styles and accessories for wearing the leaf, plus a watch style). I also wouldn’t suggest gifting her a different Bellabeat item, because if she is toying with the idea of going with something different, she wouldn’t want to be further locked in to that brand and app.

In short, this is something you should be asking her about.

I agree with Kriesa, it can be complicated to change trackers, but if you want to talk it over with her you might talk about the Apple Watch (though only if she uses an iPhone) and/or the Oura Ring (which the NBA is using right now because they think it can early-predict COVID onset).
