Cool arcade in Atlanta?

Where is there a cool arcade in Atlanta? I'm just looking to waste some money on arcade games... Thoughts? Oh, and, err, some cool places to go tomorrow for St. Patty's would be nice, too. Anything cool but not too out of control?

Dave and Busters is an upscale arcade/restaurant with awesome good times and a completely different feel than your local Chuck E. Cheese. (It's definitely more adult oriented, with a bar and great food, and tons of unique and high-tech games.)

don't go to Dave and Busters unless you're ready to waste a lot of money.

For St. Patty's day check out Fado in Buckhead.

Note that Dave and Busters does not have the traditional fare of most arcades. They concentrate (at least when I went to the Philly one) on driving/shooting/flying and novelty games. If you are looking for sidescrollers, fighting games, etc. look elsewhere.

This was before MvC2 and Soul Caliber became big, though, so they may have those.

oh my, I just moved here and the few people I know are all going to Fado tomorrow night (as will I)

Who is Patty? It's St. Patrick's Day, sometimes Paddy's day.

There is probably nothing as repulsive as Buckhead on St. Patrick's Day; to key off words in the OPQ, it's about as uncool and out of control as you can get (think New Year's Eve in Times Square). That's more of a Fark kind of place. Hmmm, on the other hand, this is an arcade thread, nevermind.

Dave and Buster's! Arcade and a bar. Can't beat it.

I for one don't like Fado. It's just too crowded and loud. But if that's your thing, go for it - it's a nice enough place, and the beer's no more expensive than anywhere else in Buckhead.

Anyone know if the Vortex is doing anything for St. Pat's?
