How to remove gas grill regulator

I bought a new Weber grill and the regulator was leaking so Weber sent me a replacement. I cannot get the regulator hose to unscrew. I’ve now stripped one of the nuts. How can I get the regulator and hose attachment off?
I watched a YouTube video. The guy had to use some force but the pieces unscrewed easily after the start.
I’ve used too much force now and stripped a nut. I’ve used a vice grip on the stripped nut. I tried hitting the coupling with a hammer to loosen it. I added a pipe to the end of one of the wrenches for more leverage.
Is there another way to try to get the regulator and hose connection to loosen? Anything I’m not thinking of? I’m pretty much destroying it trying to get it to come off.
Thanks for any guidance you can provide :)

Por nada. I once spent an entire weekend trying to get a wheel off a farm wagon, wondering the entire time why there was a big "R" stamped on the hub.
