How to setup Windows for YouTube Karoke

My kids want to do Karaoke on a Windows 10 laptop. I have looked for instructional guides, but all of this includes mixers and other equipment.

Here is what I want.
- Connect my external USB mic to the laptop.
- Play a YouTube karaoke video
- You sing and the mucis+vocals will play from the laptop speakers

Optionally
- Connect my external speaker to the laptop through 3.5mm jack, and the audio to play through there
- Record the music+vocal

Any help during this stuck at home period appreciated.

If you are using windows 10 you can follow this settings.

1. goto control panle.
2. find manage audio device in cp
3. click manage audio device
4. right click on the speaker and headphone goto properties.
5. then click the enhancment check the "voice cancellation" option apply and save.
