Meeting facilitation training

I'm planning an online training in how to do meeting facilitation for a group of my fellow workers. This training needs to be a one-off/relatively short. I am looking for training materials. I am happy to pay.

This is for members of my union chapter. We have a wide range of experiences and backgrounds, but few of us have training in meeting facilitation. My goal is for folks to come out of this with some new skills and tools, but not expecting anyone to be a professional facilitator at the end. Any suggestions of online tools, off-the-shelf curriculum, or a short book I can use to structure this? I know that people do facilitation training as a full time job, and I am open to hiring a trainer if you know someone great to do this instead of me in the SF East Bay. But again, this is for a brief skill-builder session, not an in-depth thing.

Time to Think by Nancy Kline completely transformed how I conduct meetings. I'm a professional facilitator in the UK - feel free to DM me if you want to check in about anything!

If you're interested in graphic facilitation, check out David Sibbet's work, especially Visual Meetings.
