Best universities in Canada for applied math and mathematical finance?

So I'm a CS major, but I want to get into more mathematical fields. I really like Finance and Operations Research.
I know Waterloo has good programs for that. However, who else is also a good choice?
Also, I want to go to places where I can meet new people. I'm a fan of math but I like to socialize too. I guess that matters to me as well. I'm also interested in fostering business connections, I want to open a business eventually and I want to go somewhere where I can meet people who are interested in entrepreneurship.

Are you looking for graduate programs or somewhere to do a second undergrad degree?
