Policies on Covid-19 coronavirus in adult group residential setting

Group residential settings and the coronavirus -- need citations and info for a facility trying to set specific policies on what happens if a resident has the virus. This is a supported-living facility for adults with disabilities including developmental/intellectual disabilities. Staff are often in all-day one-on-one contact with residents, and many residents can't be left alone or necessarily follow instructions. Looking for links: good policies from such facilities; best-practice statements from professional or official groups; basic science on transmission of the virus; info on special risks to this population.

This is in the US. The facility is already taking basic precautions like no visitors, lots of hand washing and surface cleaning, staff who feel sick stay home. They're working closely with the local health board and other relevant authorities, but they don't have masks or other protective equipment and the local authority hasn't been able to help much in practical terms. They've been told there is basically no testing available except for people who already need to be hospitalized.

I've found the CDC web site to very good in terms of guidance. Here is their page on Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 in Retirement Communities and Independent Living Facilities (Interim Guidance).

They also have Interim Infection Prevention and Control Recommendations for Patients with Suspected or Confirmed Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Healthcare Settings. Now I realize an adult residential setting isn't exactly the same as a nursing home or assisted living facility but there is probably some overlap.
