Tickets go on sale tomorrow on Ticket Master at 10 am. How I can score some good seats? Thanks in advance for your help.

Sometimes you can get on a special e-mail list, usually on that artist's website, where they have pre-sales for subscribers.

Rumi's suggestion worked for us to get great seats recently for Sturgill Simpson. We got on the dedicated email list (run by Ticketmaster) for the show in our city, then received a series of emails and texts that put us in queue to buy tickets immediately when they went on sale. I think we were probably among the first 500 tickets sold, based on availability at the time.

From my (admittedly limited) experience, it's tough to get good seats at the last minute like this. The only opportunities I've ever had to score good seats have come from being proactive. Like Rumi suggests, that means being on an artist's mailing list (or some other form of fan program). Or having a credit card that offers access to early tickets sales.

Because that's really what happens, from what I understand. You say tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10, but in reality they're on sale now -- but only to people who have access to alternative channels (like mailing lists or credit-card programs).

How do you score good seats if you're just part of the general public who purchases when tickets become widely available? I'm not sure that you do.

Presale for this tour is going on right now. If you go to Live Nation it looks like you can use the code "LINEUP" to get tickets. I don't think all shows are on sale via that page, but I checked a couple and what I would consider good seats do seem to be available.

There are other presale offers right now if you can buy with Citibank or American Express credit cards that you may want to look into.

I have the app open on my phone while I'm in front of a computer. For me, the app has usually been faster and I've gotten better seats, but it does vary by venue and how seats are selected.
