Plz recommend a dating company in London that find matches for customers

I'm struggling to find a dating company in London that do profiles/search for potential matches based on a persons profile for them without the price being ridiculous or an annual fee (I think most people would have a goal of finding someone from a dating company/site in less than a year).
Can anyone recommend a company I could have a look at please (more inside)
I have a friend who lives in London who is a lovely bloke, but he's very quiet, which is often misinterpreted as shyness and he says he's really bad at talking to women/striking up conversations (I'm terrible as well, so I know how hard it can be). He's in his early thirties and because I don't live nearby, I said I'd try and find him a good dating company/service.
Can anyone recommend a company I could have a look at for him please.
