Let's go to the videotape!

This week, Bloomberg was in Chattanooga for an event, where he was pressed by a reporter on his remarks about the NYC stop and frisk policies.
He looked like he was taken off guard by the question and said he was elected 3 times and New Yorkers must have liked what he did, pressed again, he said: "It was five years ago, and, you know, it's just not the way that I think."
I was surprised at how unprepared he was to answer the question, also how defensive he seemed, and dismissive of the issue.
I cannot find the video of the event online. I saw it live on TV, but now I've only found written stories and CBS News has a snippet of his comments.
How can I find the video?

The moment you're thinking of is in the clip at the top of this Politico article.
And this YouTube clip partially overlaps the Politico clip. It omits the first 95 seconds and includes an additional 45 seconds at the end.

Bloomberg was surprised and unprepared because has never been the target of opposition research.
Some sources say in the past he bought off media institutions by putting them on the boards of charities to which Bloomberg is the largest contributor. He made large, reoccurring donations to groups and community organizations that threatened to become activists against him or his proposed programs. The democrat party is silent on his past. Perhaps that's related to him donating over 100 million to party candidates for the 2018 mid-term elections.
See, for example, The Atlantic, The Guardian and Jacobin.
