How do I copy these keys?
February 5, 2020 7:30 PM   Subscribe

I have 2 sets of these keys for my flat, and would like more. I live alone, have a cat, and travel frequently so it’s comforting to have a few sets scattered with friends and family. My apartment management won’t allow me to have more, even if I pay the $50 lost key charge. Can anyone recommend a reputable company that will copy? Thanks!

I was also going to suggest the KeyMe kiosks, check the website if there's a Colorado location.

What happens if you "lose" the key? Will they charge the $50 and give you another key?

I would assume that if you "lose" the old key, they'll reprogram the lock before giving you a new set of keys, thus making the old keys unable to work.
