Looking for habit/task-managing Android app with specific functions

I am looking for an Android app to help with daily, weekly, and periodic tasks. I've read up on dozens of options but can't seem to find just what I want. Ideally the app would have 1) daily task reminders for things like medication, 2) tracking of things to be complete with a certain frequency but not on specific days (ie. exercise 3 times a week), and 3) tracks longer-term housekeeping goals (change air filter at least every 4 weeks but not on a set day). Help?

It's a website, not an Android app, but I've had some success with Tinyblu for periodic reminders to get back in touch with people. It sends email reminders when a threshold (configurable for each "lifeline") is crossed. Perhaps you could bend it to this use (it seems more suitable for 1 and 3 than for 2).

Todoist definitely does 1and 3. 2 it would have to approximate - I would set three weekly tasks, and notice if they were piling up (there has to be some way to let you get to the 4 th day unexercised, but the app should be getting more anxious about it, yes? )

Loop Habit Tracker is a very lightweight app that would cover all three of your functions. It's very flexible in allowing you to set the desired frequency of tasks without setting a particular day, and it also lets you turn reminders on or off for each task. I've been very happy with it.

Habitify does everything you want other than #3 which i just use google calendar for. It also has a web interface and will give you stats and you can set habits to last a specific length of time (i.e. "meditate for 5 minutes" will give you a timer and you can check off how long you've done it for).

I use it in conjunction with Cozi to keep my life in order.
