Documentaries about Area 51 for kids

Can you suggest documentaries about Area 51 and associated phenomena that would be suitable for a bright (nearly) eight-year-old? Not too scary, and preferably not too full of nonsense, but given the subject and the target demographic I recognise that the latter, at least, may be tricky.

The child in question is that of a friend, so I can't supply much useful supplementary detail about interests etc. Thank you!

I think that "Bob Lazar: Area 51 & Flying Saucers" might be interesting to some young children (this was my husband's suggestion and he said he would have been interested at that age).
