Where/How can I get a Samsung J2 Pro?

Last year, I saw that Samsung had created a phone that can't connect to the Internet. For a lot of reasons, I think this is a great idea. Then I saw the ad for the new "Light" phone, and realized I could get a J2 pro that does the same thing, used, for about $250 less.

When it was introduced to the market, the J2 Pro it was only in Japan and geared toward students. All of the phones identified as J2 Pro on eBay have Google Play Store and Internet icons on their screens. How can I get a J2 Pro with no Internet capability? Does anybody have a legitimate link to the J2 Pro I want?

So, there is this J2 Pro; there's a Samsung press release in Korean out there too. However, there also appears to be a different J2 Pro (2018), which is just a regular phone.

There aren't any further press releases about it on Samsung's site, and there's one person asking how to buy one in the US on their forums - with no answers.

Generally, it's not safe to buy phones outside the region you want to use them in, because of issues with antenna, frequencies, etc. You need to do a lot of research to make sure it'll work, and that's probably even more of a problem with an internet-free phone as it's likely to be using the older networks that are even more different across regions. You don't say where you live so it's hard to recommend a specific phone to you, but you should probably look into phones that are targeted at an older audience who doesn't use the internet

Response by poster: This phone, as I said, is targeted toward Japanese students whose parents are concerned that they're too distracted by social media. So it's not an oldster's phone. And specs laid out in articles say its GSM compatible and technologically current. As for where those specs and other information about the J2 Pro (non-US version) I'm referring to came from, there's this,

And, here is a review of the Light phone - https://www.digitaltrends.com/cell-phone-reviews/light-phone-2-review/
