Which food/grocery delivery service is best in Richmond, VA?

I was hoping to send a gift card for something like Seamless, GrubHub, Uber Eats, etc., to new parents in the Richmond, VA, area. Do any of those services exist in any real way there? If so, which one offers the most (or best) options? If not, is grocery delivery (e.g., Peapod) an easy/useful alternative?

Best answer: Yes, we have all of three of the services you mention, as well as DoorDash and Postmates, and they’re pretty much equivalent in terms of price and service, and mostly have the same restaurants; any of them would be fine. Seamless and Grubhub are actually the same company.

So far as grocery delivery, Peapod does not operate in this market - most of the grocery stores here are on Instacart instead, except Kroger which runs it own delivery service.
