Legit online pharmacies in Mexico

The pharmacy my doctor uses here (Mexico) is taking a lot longer to order in Cymbalta than they said. I see sites for online pharmacies that look legit (i.e., enough invested in the user interface that a scam seems improbable), but my doctor is skeptical almost to the point of insisting that they are scams. Does the hivemind have any positive firsthand experience to report?

To be clear, I'd like to order Cymbalta from a Mexican pharmacy, with a prescription from a Mexican doctor, to be sent to a Mexican address.

I'm assuming that Cymbalta is prescription-only in Mexico. If I'm wrong about that, please straighten me out.

Lastly, assuming this is all possible, how does one convey the prescription to the pharmacy? Just send a scan?

I purchase the generic (Duloxetine) on a regular basis with no prescription. This is in the Yucatán, but I’m pretty sure the drug classifications are country-wide.
