Ethical porn, shitty old jumble-of-weirdly-specific-images format?

I prefer queer porn with diverse casts. I've got a strong desire to consume porn ethically, and subscriptions to actual ethical porn websites. And I'm still — this is awful — getting most of it on 4chan, despite I assure you hating its business model, its social norms, and 99% of its users. I end up doing this because I strongly prefer a few details of how the site is organized. Please help me find an ethical site that shares those quirks?
Aesthetically, my favorite porn sites are Crash Pad for video and Archive of Our Own for fiction: incredibly diverse, largely-queer, sex-positive, kink-positive porn, often weird and messy and rough around the edges.
Ethically, I want to stop using free porn at all, ever. I want my porn to come from consenting models who are paid well, and I am willing to spend a bunch of money to make sure that happens.
Day to day, I still get most of my porn on (ugh) 4chan's /s/. And there are a few reasons why.
First of all, I really, really strongly prefer still images, not video or text. I like them to stand alone, not just be teasers for video, and I like them to be compelling outside of a larger photo set. And I really, really like that 4chan, for all its appalling lack of demographic diversity, at least presents a ton of different models and photographers, and a ton of different themes and settings and fetishes, jumbled all together.
Finally, this is harder to articulate, but I like that 4chan crowdsources the task of picking out the really compelling images, and does it in a way that doesn't float the blandest content to the top. Nothing on there was selected to be moderately interesting to everyone. Everything on there is one specific person's idea of the hottest thing they've seen all day, even if it isn't mine. It's like the opposite of upvoting. It selects, not for "generally acceptable," but for "good in a weirdly specific way." I find "weirdly specific" hot.
(So okay. Some of you will probably conclude that my real reason for using 4chan is that I secretly like illegal underage revenge porn, or that I'm secretly a nazi. Please assume that's not true. I hold my nose past that shit so I can get politically-neutral pictures of attractive adults with no pants on. A real perk of finding a better site would be not having to hold my nose past stuff like that anymore.)
I know an actual imageboard with people posting from their own personal collections will never be ethical in the way I want. But what about the specific details I've mentioned liking about 4chan — the image-first content, the mixed-up presentation, the wide range, the messily weird specificity? How many of those can I get on an ethical, antiracist, feminist site? Because I want to make that switch now, and just need a place to switch to.

Best answer: Did you use Tumblr before the porn ban? Because that sounds like pretty much what you're looking for (I mean, not fully ethical in like paying the models but way less fucked up politically than 4chan). So you might look into the successors/replacements for Tumblr that have arisen since the ban?

huge, well-tagged, incredibly varied resource for text, stills and video.
there's a community rating system, which helps filter out the really poorly written stuff.
