Can anyone identify this post-9/11 paranoia music video?

Which music video featured a scene where someone collected their mail with a pair of tongs?
It's not Mystikal's "Bouncin' Back (Bumpin' Me Against the Wall)", or at least not the official version of the video currently on YouTube. At first I thought that must be it, but when I watched the video recently for the first time after many years (prompted by the twitter thread about post-9/11 weirdness in this FPP), I was surprised that there was no tongs scene!
Is there a different version of the Mystikal video, or was it something else entirely? I'm fairly certain it was a hip hop video.
