LinkedIn wants to give me career advice

I keep getting emails from my LinkedIn account - "Career Advice: You have new recommendations to view." The emails contain links to profiles. Has anyone used these? I was wondering if they are genuine offers, or, clickbait for 'premium' services. Thanks!

It looks like a beta feature of LinkedIn that they're rolling out to some members. You can either sign up to give or get career advice. To me, it seems a little bit unhelpful, but it doesn't appear to have a cost attached. Here's the link to info.
