Can you read this Arabic inscription?

I have a lovely necklace from a friend's trip to Turkey with Arabic inscription that I can't read - I am not sure if it is something that would be culturally appropriative to wear, and I am also curious to know what it says? https://imgur.com/a/xjYufsL Thank you!

Best answer: Looks to me like a bad copy of a Yemen half riyal coin. The year on the back, AH 1368, refers to 1948 in the Islamic calendar.
