Where are my-my-my-my-my (comfy, sturdy) boogie shoes?

Inspired by this question and ones like it, I'd like to know which shoes fill into this "more expensive and extremely comfortable" category? I am a woman with narrow feet and high arches, so if you know of specific brands or styles that accommodate that, all the better. Looking for dressy sneakers or lace-up oxfords - I work in a prison and stand on concrete floors all day.

My dear departed mother had extremely narrow feet (like, AAAA) and insisted on wearing very flat shoes, and she swore by Hotter shoes. Despite the name, they are definitely very practical and whatever-the-opposite-of-stylish is. And good news! It looks like they're having their end-of-season sale right now, so they're pretty reasonably priced. I'm not sure about the arches, though.

Narrow feet, high arches here. I like the metatarsal insole in Abeo shoes and while the style of shoe I bought didn't work for me, the insole for Kuru has been great. For cushion, I really like Sketchers and New Balance.
