Recommendations for IUI Midwife in Los Angeles?

Can you recommend a great midwife or similar professional in Los Angeles who does intrauterine insemination?
Someone I know is looking to get pregnant, and has gone through the fertility clinic route (two times, once IVF and once IUI), and in general found it to be alienating and draining and so expensive that it is unclear to her whether it's even worth doing again.
Moving forward, she is hoping to find a home midwife who does IUI's in a caring and flexible way, and who can consult with her, for starters, on her options, costs, and so forth.
