I'm trying to improve my understanding of stoic philosophy and one way I've found to increase the resolution of my understanding is to try to identify the key differences between different proponents of a view. So what are the key differences and disagreements we can identify between them?
And from another AskMe: stoicism entry in the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy.

Best answer: There's a big shift between the early Greek Stoics (whose teachings did not survive other than second-hand reports of their views) and the later Roman Stoics. Early Stoics had more radical views (abolish marriage, gender neutral-clothing) while Romans like Musonius Rufus were more tolerant of the existing social order.
