Taxi/vehicle dispatch software?

Looking for taxi/vehicle dispatch software. Preferably web-based with scheduling/reservations built in as well as vehicle tracking of some sort. I'm looking mainly for personal experience or recommendations.

This is a rapidly-evolving area, since there are new solutions coming on line every day. Web-based solutions exist, with usually a per-dispatch fee or percent of gross fee, which can eat into your bottom line fairly quickly.
