Garden Plan app

La Segunda wishes to give our garden a complete makeover. Is there a good program that makes it easy to run up a plan of the layout (path, lawns, flowerbeds, barbecue etc)? Windows, iOS, or Android.

What are you looking for, exactly? Something that helps you pick plants and price materials, or something to sketch out your yard and help you figure out spatial planning? If you're thinking of the latter, Sketchup Free might work for you. This Sketchup Forum post suggests using LayOut, which may be more detailed than you want or need (and I'm not 100% clear if LayOut is only available in Sketchup Pro or not).
