Acceptable foods for Fat Flush Diet?

Someone for whom I often cook is beginning the Fat Flush Diet soon. Can anyone point me to a succinct list of what foods are/are not acceptable in this diet? I've found a few sites with collections of recipes but would prefer to develop/adapt my own recipes, and I don't much want to buy the book about the diet.

iVillage's diet pages cover just about every diet plan, from the insane to the sensible. You might have better luck on their message boards. Registration's free.

if you're not familiar with flax oil, borage/primrose oil, unsweetend cranberry juice and grinding flax seed (all of which needs to NOT be cooked), then you definitely need the book (there is a separate Fat Flush Cookbook). There is really a *very, very small* amount of cooking invloved in the first few weeks and a very large amount of fresh, raw vegetables. It is much more a cleanse than a conventional diet.
