Looking for a Flash transition that shows Before/After

I'm looking for a simple Flash component that will transition between two photos.

I'm developing a website that will highlight improvements done to a building. I've got a photo of the building from 1972, and a photo shot last week in the same location/perspective. I want to be able to "morph" between the two images to really show off the work done to the property.

How about Todd Dominey's flash slideshow? Or if you need something fancier, there's now a SlideShow Pro.

You can do that with a little DOM scripting so that the page remains accessible and degrades gracefully.

if you're actually talking about just 2 images (instead of lots of sets of 2 images), can't you just do an alpha tween between them "by hand"?
