ISO dirt cheap speakers for tv

I inherited an lcd tv and it's way too quiet so I want to hook up speakers. I'm not an audiophile, I have no techie expertise, and my budget is tiny (less than $50). Here is the back of my tv. Please post recs as specifically as possible; I have zero interest in reading articles or comparing reviews. Used or refurbished is fine.

You can often find quite decent speakers for $5-10 at thrift stores. You'll need an amp too - that's usually another $5.

Otherwise you can hook up computer speakers to the TV. You can also find those cheap at thrift stores.

Best answer: The path of least annoyance imo is just get some computer speakers. Plug them into the back of the TV where it says HEADPHONE / AUDIO OUT. I got the Logitech z313 for like 35 bucks at my local Target.

Is it astounding? No. Is it damn well good enough, for less than $50? Yes.

I have never not had it be loud enough and it has a subwoofer so movies and stuff have plenty of rumble where applicable. After I've blasted everyone off the couch on movie night, they are astounded when I tell them it's a $35 set of speakers.

We have Logitech speakers similar to these and while not audiophile quality they work well for us. We use them with our tv (via a pc) and a turntable.

That is too weird, Same speakers, one minute apart.

I see those little computer speaker setups with subwoofers at Goodwill all the time. This seems like the perfect use for them.
