Need psychiatrist/psychologist recs for Bipolar II treatment in Chicago

A friend with a Bipolar II diagnosis is having a depressive episode, and asked me to help them find somebody to talk to. This friend is on medication but is having trouble getting in touch with their prescriber to adjust their meds, so if you've got recommendations for a great psychiatrist for dealing with bipolar I'm happy to hear those too.
Friend has good PPO insurance and lives on the south side, so recommendations on the south side or in the loop are extra welcome.
